If you subscribe to The Counteroffer, we use your email solely to send that newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will remove you promptly.
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain our records. If you want your data removed, send a deletion request through the form on our contact page and we will action it.
The commercial details you share with us, your usage, your pricing, and your negotiation position, are treated as confidential. We do not disclose client specifics, and we never accept money from Anthropic or any vendor. We sit on the buyer side only.
