We are an independent buyer side advisory. We negotiate with Anthropic on behalf of enterprise customers, and we study nothing else. We do not take vendor money, we do not resell Claude, and we have no incentive that is not aligned with yours. Our only job is to get you a better deal and a leaner bill.
Most enterprises buy Claude the same way they buy everything else, through a procurement process built for generic software. The problem is that Anthropic does not price like generic software. There is no public enterprise price list, the seats are sales assisted, and the API commitments are banded in ways that are not written down anywhere you can read. A generalist buyer walks in without the reference points and leaves having paid the number Anthropic suggested.
We were built to fix exactly that. We negotiate Anthropic agreements as our only line of work. That focus is the product. Because we see many Claude deals, we carry the benchmarks, the concession patterns, and the band thresholds that no single buyer can accumulate from one negotiation a year. We bring that knowledge to your table and we use it on your behalf.
We never take money from Anthropic or any vendor. The only party paying us is you, so the only interest we serve is yours.
We do not split our attention across vendors. One hundred percent of our work is Claude and the contracts behind it.
Fixed fee from $18,000, or gainshare as a share of verified savings with zero retainer. If we find nothing, you owe nothing.
We negotiate the contract and optimize the token spend underneath it, so both the rate and the volume come down.
Procurement and engineering both get a clear account of the mechanics. No jargon used to hide a weak position.
We advise and we negotiate, but you hold the relationship and you keep the savings. We work ourselves out of the deal.
Our team carries more than twenty years of combined experience across enterprise procurement, commercial negotiation, and applied engineering. That mix matters, because an Anthropic deal is won on both fronts at once.
On the commercial side we work the seat tiers, the API commit bands, the overage mechanics, the treatment of unused commitment, term length, price protection, and the exit. On the technical side we work the levers that decide your volume: model routing across Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku that typically cuts aggregate spend 40 to 70 percent versus uniform Opus use, prompt caching that can reach up to 90 percent on reused context, and batch processing at roughly 50 percent for work that does not need a real time answer. The two halves reinforce each other. A leaner baseline gives you a smaller, safer commit, which you negotiate from a stronger position.
"They knew Anthropic's pricing better than our own account team. We signed well under the renewal number, with protections we did not know to ask for."
